Every repair we perform carries a 1-year warranty on parts and labour for that specific service — for example, a spring replacement is warranted for one year against the spring failing prematurely or against any installation issue from our work. If something covered by the warranty fails, you call us and we return to fix it at no charge — including the trip, the labour, and any replacement parts within the original scope. New door installations carry separate manufacturer warranties: Ryterna sectional doors include a 10-year panel warranty plus 5-year warranty on moving parts; Ryterna specialty products (side-hinged, side-sliding, walk-through, entry doors) include 10-year panel coverage with 2-year wearing-parts coverage; Northland doors carry their own manufacturer warranty terms. We don't subcontract warranty calls. The same employee technicians who installed or repaired the door are the ones who handle warranty service — which is part of why we don't use subcontractors in the first place.
